2/22 I used to manage the development and production of proposals and other sales tools for new sales, value-add, and renewal opportunities. My responsibilities included: -Writing and editing proposals and follow-up materials simultaneously with producing deliverables under deadline, -Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with staff, -Managing multiple writing projects and production activities, -Contributing to the enhancement of the proposal process and proposal database maintenance procedures,// -Assisting in preparing sales tools (e.g., presentations, letters, overviews). Mary Caraballo, Business Development Associate, PMA Consultants Mary is responsible for establishing and implementing standards for document design and layout (templates) for all marketing collateral. Besides responding to RFPs, RFIs and SOQs, she’s also responsible for generating policies and procedures (i.e., developing a response mechanism and hit rate for RFPs, SOQs, etc.)
