You would have to check spelling, grammer and the overall structure of a document. What experience do I have with it? I don't have much experience with editing. I have edited my own papers for some of my classes. What would technical editing mean and how will this be different from what I understand about editing at this point? Technical editing would look at the spelling, grammer and structure of a technical document. Editing the instructions for a product would be a form of technical editing.
