ListOfAdvice1. Be polite to the parents no matter how much of a trouble maker their kid is. S/He is an angel in their eyes at all times. 2. If you have to punish kids ALWAYS do it fairly - don't play favorites. 3. Have your lesson plans done on time every week or you will get in trouble. 4. Go to the library twice a month instead of every week. 5. Get down on the kids' level when talking to them to make them listen better. 6. Use the "5 and freeze" technique when things get out of control rather than yelling. 7. When it's time for clean-up delegate certain jobs to specific kids 8. Voice your opinions and give suggestions at the monthly staff meetings or don't complain. |
