I assume this is where I should list my experience and expertise in some area of either technical writing or computer proficiencies. However, since I wouldn't rate myself as a pro in any aspect of either writing or computers, I will instead give a list here of everything I do know.
- Disc Golf - I love the game with all my heart and play it as much as free time and daylight allow. If you need to know about any area courses, where to buy discs, or would like to be introduced to the rules and throwing styles - I'm your man.
- Camping - Another of my passions; I can tell you hundreds of little tricks that I've gathered from camping trips, my father, and the combined knowledge of Survivor Man and Bear from the Discovery Channel. FYI, Nordhouse Dunes north of Ludington, Michigan is a little-known about national wilderness area. It offers miles of trails, beautiful views of Lake Michigan, and the last cheap camping left in the state (only $5 for a 3-day vehicle pass.)
- Beer - I haven't yet tried them all, but I'm game. One of my favorite weekend rituals is going to a new microbrewery with a friend and trying a few new beers. Someday I'm afraid I won't be able to find anything new to try. When that day comes, hopefully Bells will still be in business; at least then I will be content.
- Music - I still feel I'm lagging behind no matter how many hours I invest into finding and enjoying music. Though not my strongest area of expertise, I would classify myself as a music nerd; dare to prove me wrong.
That's it. Since on top of this is work, my career, and school, I think four areas of expertise are plenty.
