1. Special Order Sales- a screen that allows the employee making the sale to invoice a customer's order so that he or she can later pay for it. It also serves as a text that enables both worker and shopper to clairify their orders and if the order is to shipped, to where.

2. Handwritten notes to inform other workers about what chores have been worked on and what yet needs to be done.

3. Handwritten Cycle Counts-These were documents that were used to keep track of "shrink" or theft of products, or missing items that were on hand. I would give a pyhsical count of a particular item after having written out what I was able to find, hopefully matching that number to what was found on the computer system.

4. Zone Recovery Sheets-Printed off documents that served as a check list on which an employee could mark off what he or she did as a part of their routine closing shift. Zone Recovery was universally known amongst all employees as the practice of cleaning up and restoring the area in which they work (and possibly other areas) so that they can go home at night. It was not uncommon to keep people working past their scheduled times depending on the state the store was in. Often times I would hand write notes on the sheet because there was space for comments. I would sometimes write if I had other chores to do besides just was featured on the checklist.
