1. Start the "Photo Booth" Application.
2. Take several shots of yourself until you're happy with one.
3. From the bar at the bottom, drag it out to the desktop, and replace the space in the name with an underscore.
4. Copy the picture code from this page, but changing the number to your own, and the caption to your own, and save.
5. After you save, you'll see the picture name with a triangle. Click on it and follow the upload instructions.
6. Click on the link to view your page.
